Our EP Certified beans are grown by smallholder farmers from Medellin, featuring a blend of Castillo, Caturra, Colombia and Typica varieties grown at 1300-1500 meters altitude in volcanic loam soil. Enjoy a medium roast with tasting notes of dried orange, berry and chocolate. Our process includes fully washing and drying the beans in solar dryers to protect them from rain for the best flavor possible. Taste the difference with Colombia!

*Ground coffee is roasted the day before it is to be shipped to allow the "outgassing."

*Wholebeans are roasted and shipped on the same day.
