All of the best flavors of blue cheese–creamy, tangy, and sharp–are complemented and carried by our gourmet sea salt. Wonderful on potato dishes, fresh green salads, steamed leafy greens, squash, and pasta. It’s incredibly versatile and one of our favorite uses is to punch up quesadillas and pizzas.
