2t. Cumin
1t. Coriander
1t. Allspice
1/2 t. Garlic Powder
1 t. Onion Powder
1/2 t. Ginger Powder
1t. Salt
I like toasting the whole pieces and adding them in the spice grinder before adding them to the rest of the spice powders. I do not recommend toasting ground spices as it will burn very quickly, and taste off.
